If you want to look great in your bikini, you need a great butt, great legs and great abs. Here are some moves to target all those in one multi joint movement. Alright this is a side view of my form for squatting. I have my feet a little wider than my shoulders and my feet slightly turned out. Notice my back stays straight and while I am doing that I am squeezing my butt and keeping my core tight. My obliques my abs.
I go down into the squat. I push up with my heels and back up. Then I go to my tippy toes to shape my calves. You do the same thing when you jump, go down. Squeeze your butt and abs at the bottom and jump. So now I am going to show you an exercise that will really work your butt when you are planking. I am in push up position. I am on my tippy toes my back is straight.
My hands are just in front of my shoulders. I bring my knee to my elbow while squeezing my abs. When I bring my leg back I bring it straight up and you will feel it in your butt! You want to keep that tight and squeezed through the rep range. Same thing on the other side. While I am doing this I am keeping my core tight, so you will feel your abs your obliques. When you bring your leg up you will really feel it in your butt! Yeah that felt tight!!!
