camera iphone 8 plus apk PREFA – Détails du projet Tower Horw avec losange de toiture et de façade 44 × 44

Le bâtiment de 44 mètres de haut ne passe pas inaperçu dans le centre-ville de Horw : cette nouvelle construction est le premier immeuble de grande hauteur de la commune et crée une atmosphère urbaine avec sa façade élancée et la surface anodisée de ses losanges 44x44 PREFA. Les 13 étages sont divisés en 51 appartements et surfaces pour des activités commerciales ou des prestations de services.

Cet bâtiment a été construit selon un concept du cabinet d’architecture zurichois Tilla Theus und Partner AG. Outre les losanges qui enveloppent la tour comme une seconde peau écailleuse, le bâtiment s’illustre également par les 350 fenêtres de différentes dimensions.

L’architecte Peter Schönmann voulait avant tout un matériau qui s’intégrerait dans l’environnement tout en ayant une surface légèrement réfléchissante.

La gamme unique de couleur et de formes, l’aspect structuré moderne, le poids minimal et l’ extrêmement résistant aux intempéries ont été les avantages de PREFA qui ont été décisifs pour la réalisation du projet Tower.
